I hadn't stayed in a hostel for 30 years and was a little apprehensive. Urban House Hostel totally exceeded my expectations. The accommodations are very nice and super clean. But what makes it great are the people. The cast of fascinating characters who work there are smart, interesting, helpful and simply delightful. And the other guests enhance the experience in a way that staying in a hotel never would. Do not hesitate to stay at Urban House Hostel. You will be delighted.

It's a very pretty house, the staff is extremely nice, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and they have a cook, who's preparing breakfast! It also has a nice common room and a huge balcony on the rooftop. And on top, it was pretty cheap! Loved it!!!

"Lo vuelvo a elegir!" by VaninaMW

Es mi segunda visita y nuevamente pasamos una estadía fantástica. Sin duda volveré a elegirlo cada vez que vaya a Viña del Mar. El personal es súper amable, nos ayudaron con todo lo que les pedimos. La casa es hermosa y está muy bien decorada con un estilo moderno y colorido.

Otimo custo-beneficio!!! Passei apenas um dia e uma noite, e me surpreendi com o acolhimentos dos staffs, muito simpaticos e educados. Lugar agradável, bom café da manhã. Fui com uma prima, e ficamos no quarto privativo, banheiro compatilhado, sempre limpo. O wi-if nao funcionava no quarto, apenas na area da recepčão. Mas isso nao foi problema, porque queriamos mesmo era curtir Viña. Perto de tudo, metrô, restaurantes ,bares , cassino, praia, relogio das Flores,etc

Nous avons passer les deux meilleurs nuits dans cette auberge depuis le début de notre voyage en Amérique du Sud. Personnel très accueillant et serviable, hostel très très propre, des douches parfaites (chaude et pression!), un petit déjeuner de rêve ... Bref que du positif !!! Si on pouvait trouver des lieux comme ça partout !!! Merci
